It is 68 degrees in Chicago on April 3rd! Ideal hole-digging weather.
I have started a blog to tell you about me and my life. I have a short attention span, a penchant for tasty snacks (especially the kind the humans give me off their plates) and I kill at least one rabbit a year. Today in Chicago it is warm and I decided to dig a hole. The humans keep filling the hole with dirt after I dig it up, so I figure this is a game wherein they expect me to dig up the hole again, so I do. Sometimes the humans yell at me, but I'm pretty sure that's because they love how quickly I dig that hole back up after they fill it with dirt and pat it down. That hole is pretty much the coolest part of the backyard. Another cool part of the backyard is the screenhouse, because the little fast fluffy animals hide there. They have poofy white tails that I can spot from a mile away. One day I caught the fluffy creature and left its head in the dining room for my humans to find. The oldest female human picked it up thinking it was the head of one of my squeaky toys and screamed. I'm pretty sure that means she was happy that I killed the fluffy creature and left its head for her to find. I'm still confused as to why I wasn't rewarded with a chewy treat, or at least one of those Greenie things that the humans want me to eat even though I hate them.
